Hmmm...the float explodes from 3,465,000 to 108,465,000 (by March 31, 2012)...exactly...the number of shares issued to both Schoengood (45,000,000 shares) and Sherman (60,000,000 shares) on March 28, 2012...105,000,000 shares.

I love math. Well, simple arithmetic, in this case. Numbers never lie.

Hmmm, not only that, but it looks like NTEK failed to add the text "containing the restrictive legend" to the text in those entries!!!
