WRONG AGAIN!! I have ALREADY inquired about these details in
my DD over A YEAR AGO!! NanoTech IR provided my with copies from
original issuance of CERTS. You know...the KIND that has TA counter
signatures with BIG FAT BOLD LETTERS (larger than ANY OTHER
PRINT on the ENTIRE cert) READING thusly:

"RESTRICTED STOCK"


And, BTW, they ALSO included cert number, cusip number, etc that I
could then FURTHER VERIFY with the TA as to their authenticity,
date of record, & confirm the legitimacy of....

So, this is YEAR OLD NONSENSE...that has NO, NONE, ZERO BEARING
on NTEK.....NTEK has NOT issued 504 D shares....EVERY SHARE NTEK
delivers....is RESTRICTED!!!


SUPERIOR DD....GET THE FACTS!!!!! :-D
