For a startup company on the OTC this type of loan is common. Company's like GZFX have no choice. It is the biggest reason so many start up companys fail. Loan outfits like GG are nothing short of crooks IMO.
GZFX has to get ahead of the loan delema by becomming profitable. It is a race to the finish line. That is really what we are all betting on.
