It must escape reality that when one is running a company they tend to go to contacts, friends, family, relatives, friends of friends, etc.. No one here claims to know ANY OF THESE people, where they came to KNOW NTEK, etc...it is IMMATERIAL.
SUPERIOR DD HOWEVER, goes STRAIGHT TO THE HORSE'S MOUTH when researching after particulars & when doing their DD about this GEM OVER A YEAR AGO NOW....at least, that is how I approached the investment.
I don't care if Donald Trump or Goofy invested, if they TOOK the R&D risk early on,...they deserve the commensurate REWARD for doing so. And, since the FRAUD DD FEIGNING HIGHER INTEREST discussion on that particular individual was brought & I have asked AFTER THE QUESTION in the past...I thought I'd convey what I was told (an early investor, at R&D stage,...makes sense to me!).
NTEK is a maturing entity now, we have NOT seen ANY of those kinds of offerings as the company has been EXECUTING on their Business Plan!!!
Looks to me like they are SMART enough to identify early stage companies; invest money & reap HUGE rewards. One $17k investment nets over $500k in profit. :-D
Do that a few times and you are easily qualified as an accredited investor. GET THE FACTS!!! :-D
