If that is the case, why is MNTA stuck in the mud (again)?? We are talking about a company that could be providing the first and only generic product for a 3 billion dollar annual rev drug in the next few months.
If there was one positive I took from the whole mEnox mess it was that MNTA's technology was superior and Amphastar would not have gotten approval without infringing. Since that sentiment came from this board perhaps it too is BS.
3 months prior to a possible approval and once again no one wants to buy the stock.
