I am not "valuing" the stock. I am simply saying that a buyer of NEOM would be required to pay the contractual liabilities of NEOM before anything would be available to the holders of common stock.

Some iHubbers may not realize that a buyer would pay close attention to the contractual liabilities before offering anything to buy out the 5 billion shares of common stock.

That is a fact and is not made up.
