Exactly, the debt is somewhere around $40 million total. Total liabilities number is worthless as to calculate the real debt number as it changes with the stock price and does not represent the liquidation value if it were to be paid. Here is that liability number by march 2013...$50 million less. They did not acquired $50 million debt between march and september in 2013 but because share price fluctuation liabilities appear $50 million higher by Sep 13.
They always state in the filings that this number is affected by changes in the price of the shares.
The important number, the one that has to be paid is $40 million and the company is debt free....and YA free.
