Wouldn't surprise me a bit. And then there's the question of whether, even if they do file, we'll be able to rely on what we learn. After all, even TEXX was able to pinch out a filing or two. Some were late, some were amended and some were late and amended. None were conclusive or reliable. I'm kind of sorry they stopped...it's hard to replace that kind of entertainment. I'm glad he at least "expects" to pick up where he left off someday.
