Janice, an example, 6 people lose money because a 3rd party financer dumped shares all the way to 0001 and the company was scammed and lied to just as much as those 6 investors. This actually happens
but whats not okay is that nothing on planet earth will convince those 6 investors (who now happen to be moderating the ihub board) that the company/ceo wasnt involved.
well too bad, they are mods now, they wont resign, and they will yell and scream that the CEO is a criminal until the day they die.
And they will be entirely correct, because it was the CEO and management who cut the deal, and signed on the bottom line, with the toxic financier.
Well, not correct to say he's a criminal, because many forms of toxic financing are not illegal, just extremely damaging to shareholders.
Do you seriously believe financiers march in and lend money to companies without management's complicity??
Not, I'm afraid, a good example at all.
