You are correct, I will not argue that point. But the bill doesn't instantly give HEMP millions of dollars, the battle for market share is now own, and it won't take much for some big hedge funds to come in and drown out the little guys IMO
The Farm Bill signing, was no more than a PR for Hemp, the dust is starting to settle and the pps is heading back to its true value.
Depending on the moves Hemp Inc make going forward, will no doubt be beneficial for shareholders in the long run
The stock is doing exactly what GRNH did, it just saw a massive amount of money flow thru it, and now that money is drying up
