This area of contention with the chill is funny in a ways. He already has spoken about it many times, and just clarified there what was already said previously as well. He referred to 'revealed past issues' which needed to be cleared up affecting the audit and the chill. There are a good couple of guesses I can give to it, but he decided rather than dwell on a very long process to focus on the growth of the company and let the rest be sorted out in time. It was actually a very wise move, for the long-term health of the company, but people were upset about it not going through when he wanted it to. But those issues were just brought to light recently, and I know a couple of reasons it is actually a VERY good thing that it was! But the biggest prob with the chill was keeping the volume down and certain buyers not being about to purchase the stock. Well, you can see from this last week, that doesn't really even matter anymore. There was obviously no problem for quite a few new investors purchasing stock when they caught wind of the possibility of the MMJ business. Could go into pennies with the chill in place if it all pans out. Already has.
Anyway, just how I see it. He's worked hard on it, now needs to focus on the business and let what he's done plus what they've uncovered work themselves out. He's already answered this, but your email gave good clarification. Many someone miss what's been updated, but it's pretty clear, IMO.
