There are two obvious reason to your question
One is your simplistic view of what has let FS to these lawsuits which is a conspiratorial in nature,,
The other however is that this company's product are ahead of its time by a few years and thus the troubles that cerp got into (not feeing FS from any responsibility here at all) has lead cerp to get in bed with the Vultures ( toxic financing "companies" ) in order to try and buy time to survive. Once cerp got here it is inevitable that this sort of thing happens and I believe if anyone can get out of this FS has a good chance doing so. It is no accident cerp got into these sequences of events that lead to this.
If you do not believe in FS fine but you should know one thing about him and that is he is "calculating" fellow,,
