It is mind-blowing to me that Terra Tech did not get 1 of 6 MMJ dispensaries licenses issues by NJ.
Only 2 are operational, one has no product, and two are not operational. AFTER 4 YEARS.
Seems like a no brainer..Come on Derick.......
