It's a t trade, it isn't entered during regular trading hours so it posts after hours. Big and small stocks all have t trades, but OTC stocks do not allow for after hours trading (trust me ask your broker), but the t trades do posts as after hour trades in appearance.

That is the Nasdaq....this is the OTC market. 2 different markets. OTC is the trash one. ;-)

BTW: there a few NYSE stocks that trade AH, but few.
