Please provide link to that post...I was in ARTS since July 2010 and I know everything that ARTS was involved and Luxuriant Holdings was not associated...the Only Thing Close to it was LUXOR International...LUXOR and Luxuriant are two different companies with two different Meanings...Nice Try

Artfest Establishes Partnership With Renowned Russian Art Dealer

"Russia, and Moscow in particular, has become a multi-billion dollar Mecca," says Mark Okhman, President and CEO of Luxor International [TECHNICALLY IT WAS LUXOR ART INTERNATIONAL LLC WHICH WAS REVOKED IN NEVADA].
----------

Funny thing, located a few miles from Eddie Vakser one finds:

Mark Okhman, Frisco, TX 75034

I can't say this is the same "renowned Russian art dealer" Mark Okhman... but I'm pretty sure it is. Apparently back in 1996 he was an aspiring actor whose only credit was appearing in one episode of "Walker Texas Ranger" (filmed locally) entitled "The Moscow Connection."
http://www.locatetv.com/person/mark-okhman/230782

"Synopsis: The rangers turn to the Moscow police for assistance after a spate of warehouse robberies are linked to a Russian mobster" (I SWEAR I AM NOT MAKING THIS UP!!!)

Okhman's character was named "Milos" (Meeeelos) but doesn't even rate the title "guest star"

I can't find a "Luxor International" art business anywhere.
Russian TV mobster-turns-"renowned international Russian art dealer"... only in Texas!!!

THIS PR WAS DATED February 19, 2008. http://www.marketwired.com/press-release/artfest-establishes-partnership-with-renowned-russian-art-dealer-822473.htm

THE DEAL BETWEEN EDDIE [ARTFEST] AND OKHMAN [LUXOR] WAS INKED ON October 27, 2009-- 18 MONTHS LATER.

LUXOR BECAME A REVOKED CORPORATION ON JULY 31, 2009 WHICH WAS >>TWO MONTHS PRIOR<< TO THEIR SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT WITH THE SEC.
