With a start up company it is almost a given that a deal like that take place. GG is a greedy bunch 30% or more is what they are looking for. So, if the share price is 30% or more above the 3 day moving average "bid" over the 20 day period they will be selling IMO and that is why the pps is not increasing but the volume is.
