You know, thinking about some of your recent posts about that, charts are becoming more and more reliable in pennyland. I can't help but think that traders are becoming more educated on the OTC, new and old. People seem to know what to look for, and the good stocks react appropriately. The duds lay down in the low trips and pull the same old tricks...
