DGRI has always been a scam. That is why it has been under formal SEC investigation. It may also be why it has been popular for third-party pump and dumps for about the last 6 months. Usually one day affairs, but this frontload and fake website reference was over the top. Especially because the SEC is almost certainly watching the stock very closely due to their history with the agency.
