I understand the problem of trying to please everybody. For myself, the old way was much better because I tend to get posts directed my way from folks I have filtered (two so far today), and handling them is now more time consuming, especially a problem while the market is open.
What I did today was go to "mailbox", click on the person's alias, click on "unhide", go back to the "mailbox", click on and read the post, answer if needed, hit the "back" button to return to the post, click on the poster, click on "filter" go back to "favorites", then return to the board. On a day when I was trading more, I would not have bothered and just left it unanswered, although I hate to not answer someone.
The bottom line is that you need to do what you have to do to take care of the most people - not an enviable job.
