Sure you have added to it, the first series of complaints was just a few short months ago when you made everyone eat those Ads and Spam, including paying users. The number of complaints here reached a fever pitch until you grandfathered all the paying accounts before that deadline. Even then people were complaining of the slow website issues.

If it were only my small “Ihub World” that was complaining… lol… I don’t see my post here as the only complaint of their “Ihub World”. But even as a regular poster I certainly can see the double, triple (duplicate posts)at a minimum posts cropping up on every single active forum. But hey as Moderator on several forums I love spending my day removing duplicate posts as opposed to actual TOS violations… Just live for it… lol.. So I can actually say it is not just my “Ihub World” that currently sucks..

Here is an idea, why not ditch that adware and spamware until you guys “transition” to a server that can better handle the demand. Also why not implement a posting maximum for the “bot” like posting that happens every morning before market opens? I think you would reduce a considerable amount of load on the server if you did so. To be fair those “bots” are posting 700 posts for a reason, it hits all your search and feature(Hot!) engines in the process(database) that users will find or see that information in their own searches(database)….

If this were strictly a “free” forum for all, you have a point, but I am paying customer as well as many others and we are telling you the “experience” sucks. So upline the complaints to those making management decisions and at least improve the experience until you have a permanent solution to the matter in place. The concept is to “retain” paying customers as well as gain new ones, and right now you are not retaining paying customers while this website struggles to keep up with this record volume as you say…. Many of us will in fact just let our accounts expire for renewal.

Hell the L2 service alone has seen a serious decline and I know you guys have nothing to do with that service, but I can guarantee you that renewal of such service is on a decline since the feed is down or unreliable nearly 10% of the year.

That translates over to the same here for Ihub, I know myself and many others will not renew our subscriptions here when it comes time to renew. Why would I pay for something that I cannot use? The website is not useful for it’s intended purpose.

We know you guys are working hard “fixing” this issue, but in the mean time someone else needs to make some decisions to improve the quality here until it is “fixed”. The quality SUCKS, we are beyond establishing that FACT, lets move on to some temporary solutions to improve the quality in the mean time until fix is in place. Yes I heard you, you disabled a few things, time to get a little more agressive and try some other things that are not popular to the current business model at ADFVN.
