Garden Rose -- no, crime/criminal behavior is an integral part of that analysis -- and even given Heller [ http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/07-290.ZS.html ] and the other recent court decisions, it isn't just due to criminal behavior that the rest of us can damned well and legally/constitutionally regulate your guns/weapons and gun/weapon ownership, and even take away your guns/weapons

I'd be kind of interested as to how you get the right to regulate that. Does the Constitution, or as you put it, the "inherent right to bear arms" contain a secret limiting clause that I haven't read?


I suppose you can have it both ways. You seem to do that well enough, but I've always wondered how you absolutists manage to decide that no one can regulate your rights, but you can regulate others'.
