Why isn't Scott buying shares on the open market? We are supposedly on the verge of lift off (yet again), with all of these great developments yet Scott still isn't buying? Why not?

We still don't know how all of these initiatives are being funded. Who is funding it? How much are they putting up? What are they getting in return? How will it impact current shareholders? Have you got a response from the company on any of this?
