The true longs here know why the AS gets raised. Bottom line is,AFPW has notes due, if you read the filings the AS is to satisfy the note holder so they know if worse comes to worse they can convert and sell.

But remember, we are coming into Genport. Genport has $$

instead of letting notes convert, Genport can start paying down AFPW's debt

Do you not understand how Genport is going to get shares for the merger, or what? Your post is counter to what the PPS is actually doing, cause those that understand the merger process are buying shares. AFPW
