All I've ever asked for in any of my investments, are some very simple things:
1. Communicate with me (shareholders) and tell me what you plan to do.
2. Show me (shareholders) that you are capable of doing it, and show me that you're giving it 100%
3. Deliver me (shareholders) numbers, and let me interpret those numbers and determine if the plan is viable and if it's working.
I don't expect anyone to be 100% perfect, 100% of the time, but as long as I know that we're being honest and upfront, and we're giving it all we got to make it happen, I can invest in someone like that.
Jeff Nemes has gone above and beyond on all my investment requirements to date.
Worst part is, the numbers he's already putting up are going to set a very difficult standard for any other investment to attract my money.......
