I think the possibility of eliminating the issue of patient non-compliance with a single dose is huge in itself. I think it would be a huge selling point, efficacy being equal. People would love to know that they just get one quick shot of a new antibiotic and they're done.But the resistance piece is of course huge as well. Multiple wins to be had with this compound. :-)
