Now why is nasdaq trin at .62 with nothing to show for it? NYSE trin at 1.61?

today was a new world record for the bears. we had selling for a full hour before we rallied all day. another victory for the bulls. this is getting downright old.

close at lows signal looks to fail again today. I will not be posting it anymore as it has become veritably useless over the last two months.
