Consultech and Kore are both out of Windsor. They have many pieces/parts (for lack of a better word). Doing business in different states and countries.

The merger is with the Michigan part of Consultech.

The address you have there is incorrect for current business.
Buy an Experian or D&B report and you will see.

The paid reports were incomplete. I chose not to pay the fee for researching the missing details. You can have D&B research the company for a fee or buy a Thomson Gale acquisition report. I found out enough by asking Petar Wolfe.

Flaflyersfan, Ask Petar Wolfe [phone]. That is the easiest way to get all the answers on Consultech. It is not easy to follow at first because of all the parts. Petar lives it, so he will be able to give you the 'skinny', rather than me typing a book here. You will probably have more questions than I have answers to.

LFWK owns one for sure. The question remains does the stock LFWK own the second. They seem to be claiming the same set of assets and liabilities through the reports; therefore, the logical assumption is both. Though one is questionable. The PR's and descriptions include it.

LoftWerks, Inc. engages in the development, rental, and sale of lofts primarily in Detroit, Michigan. It also offers services for the sale or lease of lofts of its customers. The company is based in Nashville, Tennessee.

There are definitely assets associated with the stock. There is a major problem if all the assets are not included because of the two entities. I do not think that is the case from the claims. In statistical terms I would say it is 1 out of a million that both are not covered in the LFWK stock.
