Correct. And, even better, PHOT's ownership of CEN will rise to 12.75% at the completion of the JV with CANX, at which time PHOT takes a 51%controlling interest.

The 45% is temporary, as per filings, and they anticipate PHOT taking over.

PHOT has an 11.25% interest in a major grow op now.
PHOT will have a 12.75% interest in a major grow op later.

That's millions per annum.

So PHOT's overall ownership of CEN is in essence 36.25% is what you're saying? Just need some clarity thanks.
