OTC is all about speculation. Watch the volume. When people know something is coming volume spikes. It may or may not be MJ related but something is in the works. People think it could be MJ because of TGGI ties to RIGH and BCAP. If there was verifiable news that it was MJ we'd already be in double zeros by now. Risky? Of course but that's the fun of OTC
