Do a business entity search on the NSOS. AJOA is managed by Bill and Wise Phoenix is managed by Sam.It looks to me like FITX controls 60%.

Indirect ownership; concur with 4aces:

OIG just bought 25% interest in Cen Biotech (which is owned by FITX)

PHOT has 45% ownership of OIG

25% * 45% yields net 11.25% ownership to PHOT bottom line.

On FITX Board:

Sam Alawieh owns Wise Phoenix, LLC; he is the VP of Cen Biotech

Bill ?, CEO of Cen Biotech owns AJOA, LLC

Per the SEC filing done by PHOT, OIG, AJOA, Wise and Creative Edge Nutrition (FITX) and one individual own 93% of Cen Biotech.

Subtract 25% of Cen Biotech ownership now held by OIG; this is how we back into the 68% ownership of CEN Biotech by FITX held indirectly through FITX; AJOA, LLC and Wise Phoenix, LLC

I am a CPA so am concurring with 4aces.

Note - no concern about the various entities which have ownership of what is quickly becoming many related parties. LLC's set up for various business reasons. May wait until next week as Bill, CEO of Cen Biotech is to issue PR to explain ownership structure of FITX.
