To be honest, i am a little sick over the R/S but my financial advisor keeps telling me its not a loss if the Share price after the split goes up. Smaller percentage of ownership but not a financial loss. I have always said i am in it long so it all remains to be seen.
I guess I can try to figure out what the valuation will be based on the new share structure if he does get that kind of revenue and earnings. 20% profit may be to high
