I understand. My wife and I each sold our shares at a profit. But what reason would cause the company to present a fraudulent attorney letter? What makes anyone believe the $3,000,000 from outside investors exists? Please remember, all of these announcements have been promulgated by the company, not an independent source. Even with good DD it can be very hard to detect fraud. Maddof was a perfect example that went on for decades. Protect yourself.
