FALSE, the California Bar is not wrong in the matter, kind of sucks such information is readily available. It takes a whole 3 seconds to confirm that he was the only person that represents that name and that office.

We can sit here all day playing pretend, but I like FACTS and well the idiots of this shell provided a complete document that is clearly fraudulent. So much so they tried hiding it in the inactive file once it was noticed to be signed by a dead person....lol..

Let me guess the letter head on that inactive filing is a different office?

Wrong !! OTC they are looking into how someone from that company got into a certain portal to send the letter with a dead attorney's name on it , and who signed it !! She knew the attorney was dead !

You can argue all you want. Gary J. Mugg, Attorney at Law, Dublin, CA died in August, 2013. The CA State Bar website under attorney search states that he is deaceased. His former partner, Shuyuan Tang has law offices Pleasanton, CA. Their partnership began 11/09 and ended 11/12.

How are you going to explain this TTDZ - You are presenting a letter from a dead law firm signed by a dead lawyer.
