Matt....I'm thinking of setting up a meditation board where no posts will be allowed. It will just be a place to think in peace and quiet. What'dja think?

Hardly anyone uses the Parking lot anymore. I know we have a Sheriff's Office but do we have a fire department? I think Arsonists who flame fires should be dealt with by the fire department.

I'm not changing the rules until I change the rules.

Well at least you could enforce them.

User Agreement:

A Personal Attack is defined as:

Posting harassing or otherwise objectional content on another poster;

Calling another poster names or being vulgar;

Not staying on topic with the current investment discussion, but instead focusing on an individual poster;

Matt, your post to me is totally non-responsive, and if you want to fan a fire, you've found the way to do it.

I'm not asking you to change any rules. I'm asking that as the Admin. you do what the iHub User Agreement says you do. If there is no justification for deleting a post, it is unreasonable to think that iHub wouldn't honor "We do reserve the right to step in if we see blatant abuse of your Chairman features."

Restoring my deleted post conforms with your existing rules, and you have NO justification for not restoring it, especially considering my post was deleted without being read by the moderator who deleted it.

My post conforms to the User Agreement -- the deletion does not.

Please restore my post, THEN change the rules so you can "technically" delete it. At least it will be clear what you are doing to prolong this farce.

Owning and running a public forum, I would think you would not condone arbitrary censorship.

With all due respect,

AK

Matt...

When you do change the rules, where will one be able to read about the changes?

TIA
