I think it should be today. Underwriters line up to take deals out to the public for companies with hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue (with potential for tens of thousands more). And they love penny stock deals where the price has recently plummeted and the company is likely under an SEC cloud. They especially love it when the company's primary asset has absolutely no connection to its ongoing business. All of that makes it a really easy sell to the public markets.
