10 Q....probably...S1?...very doublful.....Whose the underwriter? Were the D shares distributed legally? Which broker will take the certs? How much more will it cost? What will the company present to the public to entice interest in their future? New credit card terminals? Who will buy the shares if they ever do get into an account?
