Yes, you are correct. If I am remembering correctly, you said that one of the whales had blocked the adoption of your recommendations by Rauber and/ or Bogolin. Presumably they had some influence with that pair. However, you did not mention Rick Heddle by name.

I among many others would like to see you re-appointed to the new board of directors, whenever that occurs, as you have proven yourself to be trustworthy, honest, ethical, and allied with long time shareholders who support the company's goals and efforts.
I appreciate all you have done and continue to do for the shareholders of JBI. Your presence on this board is very meaningful. I, for one, would be most greatful if you take a more active role with JBI - possibly a spot on the BOD.
