It all depends on your investment horizon. This is NOT a short term play. If you are afraid that S/P goes down from $3 to $2.50 after you buy and you are a "weak hands" type trader, then stay away. If you have a long term horizon and you plan to be in for a long term with 2015-2020 as your targets, then buying at $1.80 or $3.00 makes no difference.

Chardan Financial said $9 target by end of year. I think that is conservative. Give this company 3-4 years and it should be a financial life changer. IMO.
