All this wrangling over PEIX and GERS is a joke. A loss in court will not/should not sink PEIX and a win in court for GERS will only allow a basic valuation of a good ethanol service company. A positive ruling or settlement for GERS will be seen as ONLY that. It will be unusual and nonrecurring income that will not be entered into the longer term view of stock value multiples. At the same time royalty payment compliance by infringers will definitely enhance long-term income prospects for GERS which will enter into P/E calculations for many years to come.
