Ok, I'm asking everyone to drop it. The issue has been raised, everybody has weighed in.

I said I would come up with the proper way to address this and I have.

Realizing that this board was in the Free Zone is what helped me push this forward in my pea-sized brain.

I'll lay out the details (nothing radical) well before the weekend. More or less drawing better lines in the sand. And writing a few TOU points in Bobenglish.
