Best of luck trying to undercut Avoton and its derivatives. This is a ~100 sq mm chip that only costs Intel about $10 to make wink.

Avoton will still do quite nicely as a low end ARM-killer while Denverton/Broadwell SoC storm the higher end.

I don't really see how the smaller ARM players like AMD can compete.
