I thought 2013 was going to be a great year for shareholders. Buy back, creative dividend, 90% Walmart, Euro deal.

Self cap A/S - NO (increased to unlimited then to 10 billion)

Why travel the world when it's not even selling here in US?

My conclusion, I see lots of new racing material, new racing brand, lots of leisure travel, football season tickets, Super Bowl tickets and nothing to show but a heavily diluted, non reporting, sub penny stock.

The more I think about this quote, the more it bothers me. New "investors"? Since the only "new" shares can go to JSJ at a hefty discount, isn't JSJ the only real new "investor"?

Longs should demand he register BBDA securities with the SEC, would have to dilute at least half as less. So why doesn't he....?
