Depends on the situation. In regards to CTIX, 100% in the past, now wanting to build a longer term position. I see some decent odds that CTIX might be headed much higher in the near term, but still feel it may meander around 1.85, overall. I think we'll know the answer to this question over the next 4 trading days or so.
