If JBI's real estate is worth $6M, for example, then Mr. Heddle will make a quick $3M in profit if JBI fails quickly.

And the sooner the better, as Bordynuik continues to siphon off $275,000.00 each year to build on his millions already in his bank account, and JBI's annual legal expenses likely far exceed that.
