I ve been trying to buy a property for the past six months and cannot..the Chinese offer cash over asking no escrow while we American try to get a loan....they will snatch it so fast you don't have a chance to blink your eyes. Any sales associates at Versace or other high end store will tell you 80% of their customers are Chinese.
