When Ichan bought into IMCL along with Denner they hated BMS and got LLY to outbid BMS. IMHO Dr denner may have put the bee in LLY's bonnet to make a play for aria and undermine the BP and Flash Crash players who were trying to steal aria as in their MO of making HB an offer he could not refuse because HB would not play ball with the BP.
