wbmw, agree. SAP will scale not linearly by frequency and by memory, and the curve of scaling by memory will be a function of frequency. I.e. EOM will have to add more memory when frequency increases to achieve optimum price/performance. I just guess out of nothing that SAP Opteron score will scale between 0.6-0.7 by frequency, assuming the optimum amount of memory is used. It's not cheating when you add more gigs, right?
