That clears that up.
The size of a Board is not a fixed thing, in the sense that it can't be ammended/changed, which I certainly believe would happen (increase) as/if a new ceo comes aboard and a possible JV partner places a person (s) on the Board. Time will tell.
Baring the unknown plans of the Board, it seems that a new JV Board member(usually come on board at a 'comfortable' partnership time) which historically with other firms, has happened during a continuing positive phase 11.
