During this downtime I'd recommend reading the 8-K filed on January 8th.
Interesting that they say they have 60 days to complete a list of various tasks but they then proceed to say the audit is not expected to be completed until March 18...
500,000 share of Series D will be issued to PDC, these are convertible to 500,000,000 common shares; possibly lead to dilution.
