I hear ya on that !!! I believe it is some sort of tactic or should I say loophole used by companies to get listed. How better to do it than with an existing shareholder base. And a captive shareholder base I might add. It was said that there were over 3000 shareholders in prrm at the time of this divvy being granted. It's nothing more than manipulation of the system. AIMO of course.........
